However, Zhu Xianmin believes that my country's textile industry is also facing many problems. One is the rising cost of factors; the second is resource and environmental constraints; the third is the transfer of the entire industry chain. Therefore, realizing textile intelligent manufacturing and developing digitization, networking and intelligence have become one of the effective ways. At present, my country has achieved preliminary results.

Zhu Xianmin believes that, first, through intelligent manufacturing, the competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced, the fiber processing volume of clothing and home textiles can be steadily increased, and the added value of products will increase by more than 10% by 2025; secondly, through the development of new textile materials and Industrial application, optimize the industrial structure and expand the scale. By 2025, high-performance fibers will account for 30% of the world's total, functional fibers will account for 50% of the world's total, and industrial textile fibers will account for 35% of the total. The annual industrial energy consumption per unit of printing and dyeing products has been reduced by more than 20%, the water reuse rate of the entire industry has reached 40%, and the bio-based fibers with renewable raw materials account for 50% of the world. "Therefore, the future development focus of my country's textile industry is to take the road of intelligent manufacturing, new materials and applications and green manufacturing." Zhu Xianmin said.

Gao Yong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary-General of China National Textile and Apparel Council, said that my country's textile industry has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development, and the development of the industry has ushered in a turning point. In the "13th Five-Year Plan", intelligent manufacturing occupies an important position and is also the core of the transformation and upgrading of my country's textile industry. Among them, cotton spinning and chemical fiber filament intelligent production lines have developed rapidly in my country and have entered the stage of small batch promotion.

"We must maintain a clear understanding of intelligent manufacturing in the textile industry." Gao Yong said that the current intelligent manufacturing in my country's textile industry belongs to the stage of automation and numerical control, and there is still a distance from true artificial intelligence. Most domestic textile enterprises are still far from Industry 3.0 , Realizing the intelligence of the textile industry requires the joint efforts of the whole industry.

At present, the intelligent manufacturing of the textile industry is developing rapidly like other domestic manufacturing industries. Under the guidance of "Made in China 2025", leading enterprises in the industry have carried out the transformation of enterprise intelligent manufacturing. In the three years from 2016 to 2018, a total of 27 enterprises were selected into the new model and standard project of intelligent manufacturing by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is understood that the current textile intelligent manufacturing includes digitalization, networking, and intelligent parallel advancement. To develop intelligent manufacturing, we must actively develop artificial intelligence, "Internet +", big data and other technologies to integrate with the textile industry; develop new materials and applications, including high-performance fibers and functional production equipment, industrial textile production equipment, and fiber composite material production equipment ; Develop green manufacturing, including energy-saving and environmentally friendly printing and dyeing equipment, renewable fiber production equipment, fiber composite material production equipment, etc. It is reported that following the promotion of seven lines of chemical fiber, spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, non-woven, clothing, home textiles, etc., my country will launch the eighth line next year - the intelligent production line of textile machinery, to further improve the degree of intelligence of textile machinery, and will Expand to other fields.
